Absolutely terrible service please do not send your child here. We had a spot booked in for our son months in advance of his needed start date. The Centre only a few weeks out from his start date withdrew the offer of the spot. It caused us enormous stress. No phonecall just a very poorly written email. Manager could care less about the stress it caused our family. Note there are quite a few poor reviews for the Centre.
My boys who are almost 3 and 19 months old have been attending this centre since they both were just before 12 months. We all have had an amazing ongoing experience, the girls absolutely love the boys and they don’t hesitate to show it!
They have been thriving since day one, of course they have some ups and downs as toddlers generally do anyways. Every little incidents such as little falls and head bumps are immediately notified to me, which gives me a lot of comfort knowing they’re looking out for my boys for me.
Never once I questioned what the staff does during the time we’ve been attending care.
Not sure of the reason of the negative reviews, but I guess each to their own ???? All families have different expectations/needs.
