Called the number today out of desperation.
Had been working on an Excel file for a long time and didn't notice it has been saved as CSV instead of workbook. So search YouTube, google for couple of hours and all had been suggesting there's no other way around it.
So it is a very unfortunate situation.
Still Roger when answered the call suggested it is out of restoring period and checked with me so many issues that I checked based on internet suggestions before to see if we can restore it.
He offered the free charge video chat too.
But as we were talking and I found out that the bank statement I got comes in CSV format and hadn't noticed so continued working on the same doc and added many features for TAX return then it won't be restorable.
So I declined the kind offer but couldn't go without my big thank you here. As he was the one gave me clarity at the time of absolute need.
