About Auscon Metals
Auscon was founded by father and son teams Alwin, Mark and Michael Williams in 1978 as Kelmscott Recycling Plant. Today, Mark and his own son, Daniel still head up Auscon. Originally dealing in scrap metal and cars from the company’s automotive recycling arm, Auscon has also moved into waste removal, large-scale demolition and reclamation.
Auscon is also a licensed machinery dealer. Ask us about front-end loaders, heavy-duty equipment, trucks, trailers and light commercial vehicles today.
The scrap, waste and recycling business is a continuously changing environment, where collection methods and the challenges of urbanisation create new demands for collecting and transporting waste and recyclables.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TELL EVERYONE!
Extremely rude older lady at weigh bridge tells office wrong grade of metal every time. Owner is insain, dangerous, abusive and volatile. Don't bother saying they made a mistake because you will be sorrounded by everyone in the office yelled at and have police called on you. I have NEVER had anything remotely like this ever happen in 5 years untill this place. My experience here was absolute craziness.

Friendly staff, easy to deal with,but atrocious prices. Less than $20 for 100kg of steel and 7kg aluminium /copper.
