About Perth Scuba
Perth Scuba is Western Australia’s largest dive training centre and retail dive shop, located at 180 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA. Lee Johnson and Robert Johnston opened the dive shop in 2004 to bring fun back into Perth’s scuba diving community and provide top quality service and products to our divers.
We teach PADI and TDI dive courses, have a huge range of dive and snorkelling equipment. We are a PADI Career Development Centre and can provide training from newbies all the way up to Instructors.
Our team in store are passionate divers and dive professionals including PADI Divemaster's and Instructors. Our staff can offer you expert advice on our products and services online and in-store.

I have shopped with Perth Scuba for 7 years now. They used to be fantastic. Service and prices excellent and the friendliest bunch of people you could find. Last 2-3 years I have watched it go downhill. Service is appalling you can be in the shop for half an hour before someone helps you. Experienced courses that would not be refunded even though due to the fact it had been cancelled by them multiple times. And today to pick up a tank I was told was one price on the phone followed by driving all the way to pick it up and being told it was more.. 25% more. I have kept telling myself I would not go back for the last 2 years. Today was the last and I would not recommend there service to anyone. Period. Disgraceful

Firstly I apologize for a very late response to your reply. I definitely don't check these things but was told by someone you had commented back.
Lee what is more concerning about your response is that you said you spoke to your store manager about my experience in store. If you had actually done this (and you may have) but you would have been told that I left with my money and not your tank. So offering my money back isn't really an option. I might also add that in 7 years of shopping with you and owning multiple tanks. I have never paid $50 for a hydro test (the amount difference from phone call to store visit).
I do hope you get this and it makes a difference because to me it's still in the past when the store was a good place to come and a lot of fun.
I really enjoyed the 3-day open water course with instructor matt!
He could answer all my questions about diving, even if they where far further than the open wayer course.
I can onestly recomend Perthscuba andinstructor Matt.
I also have to admit, that perthscuba give huge discount for participants, who like to buy their own gear!

Always professional help and care for all guests on board. perfect breefing and very polite crew members who really care about savety and welth of guests!
