The Impossible Triangle was created by the late Artist, Brian McKay and Architect Ahmad Abas and is based on the "Penrose Triangle" concept developed by the British geneticist Lionel Penrose and his son Sir Roger Penrose, a Prof of Mathematics in the 1950's
It's a great sculpture that that only appears as a triangle from two very specific positions, and it's not unusual to see visitors bobbing up & down trying to get the sight-lines right.
It's not going to amaze everyone though, my family were rapidly bored and unimpressed. But I loved it.
