I have been a customer of ADT for years and except for one house out of three I lived in only one system performed as it should. By that I mean setting the alarm and no calls or texts from ADT to say one of the zones were going off.
My recent experience was my alarm went off quite late at night waking my neighbours and was told I’d have to pay for a technician to attend to sort out the alarm. I tried for many weeks to try to cancel my monitoring to the point I started calling parts of the business that weren’t relevant to canceling my monitoring eg sales etc as cancelation section never answered their phone or answered my emails. I finally managed to cancel and have just received an email asking for 83.01 I had already been in touch with someone and paid up to date. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH ADT.
