I received a call from Prasad on the 17/6/21 saying I had outstanding invoices as my card details had changed and my direct debit was no longer coming out. He asked for my card details over the phone, which I refused to give and asked him to forward the invoice to me, which was not done, so I assumed it was a prank call.
Today I received a call from Prasad, asking why I had not paid the invoice, I explained I had not received one. He basically call me a liar, but when I was insisting I had not received one, he checked and hadn’t sent it. I then was wound up and asked to speak with his boss, I was put through to Bhushan, who at the start was just as rude insisting I had many calls about this, only to correct himself later.
They say they are in Sydney, that I doubt as I was then put onto Anish, to cancel my account, after 26 years of dealing with ADT and what I just went through over $180.57, I will never deal with this company again
