I took a ride from Melbourne Airport T4 with taxi M3268, the driver of which drove more distance than needed - he missed two free way exits by ignoring my reminders of exiting them.
On the receipt he put "Home" to "Home" for the "from" and "to" addresses, instead of Melbourne Airport T4 to the actual address. I had never met such a way of dishonesty, and shocked that this obvious cheating was carried out seemingly without worrying being caught.
Wrote to the company (hatim taxi services) about the issue and as you know I have never received any reply.
Btw, the driver claimed that he is from Sudan and has 5 children but does not like the Chinese as there are too many of them.
I decided not to try Taxi any more whenever possible, at lest within Australia.
