Really disappointed with our experience on Sunday 8/12/22 at 11.47am. I put a pair of tie dye Ciao shoes on my daughter. I told the staff member I couldn't really feel her toe & wasn't sure on the size for her. The staff member attempted to feel my daughter's toe on only one foot & asked my daughter if it was her toe. There was never any offer to measure her feet because if she did she would have realised the shoes she sold us were too small. My daughter, not yet 4yrs old wanted to keep the shoes on so we can't even return them. Once home & compared them to other shoes that have been fitted, these shoes that we purchased are definitely too small. This staff member definitely showed a lack of experience. Really disappointed & now have wasted money on a pair of shoes that are too small! Would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
