So pleased this is my "local" shoe store. I noticed online that they were offering a good discount deal on some Gamins Hiho boots that I'd been looking to buy (got my first pair there last year and they are so comfy I wanted another pair). Sent an message asking whether my size was in stock and got an almost immediate email reply that they'd check, followed promptly by a phone call confirming that they'd put them aside for me.
