Vanessa was kind, courteous and delightful to deal with. Very happy with her friendly service! She also told me about and signed me up for the newsletter, very kind of her. The store is spacious and the range of products is huge. I am happy with my product and the service I received ???? …
Great service when first arrived.
Other customers served while I waited, then a phone call, then more customers served, then phone used.
No issue as customers need serving and only one person to serve.
But when asked how long I would have to wit- a blank look. Decided to leave - she did apologise but they lost sale of 4 items and won't be back.
All other stores I have been to have been great and if busy have waited.
Very disappointed.
