Great service by the manager, thousand thanks for your service. Polite, helpful and efficient, highly recommend.
First time in Darwin. Experienced one of the most shocking customer service here. A pair of shoes (heels) was marked down and written as $41.99 down from about $140 ($139.99) (see photos) but it seemed in their system it was still at $44.99 and they claimed human error. They wanted me to pay the $44.99 but I alerted them next exact same pair was marked as $41.99. They again claimed human error. I had to check the other shoes and different ones (in that section, they were all marked as $41.99). How do you make such a mistake? As Betts? I know it's just a few dollars but they are very misleading. One of the customer service felt it necessary to be sassy and salty. They get one star as the other customer service was much kinder and knew the appropriate way to speak to a customer.
