The customers service really lacks in this shop. I just went to buy a pair of working shoes here today with my friend who recommended me to buy my shoes here. But the Manager there was really rude to us from the beginning for no reason and when we asked her to give us her name and she completely refused us saying that "She is Colombian and that's the way she expresses hereself". Which made no sense at all.
I hope this issue will be taken seriously by the higher-ups because its just going to hurt your sales going forward.
