I was at the store about a month ago, and I felt offended and discriminated against because of the way I was treated by the old lady. No attention, cold answers, and she discouraged me to buy a pair of shoes I fell in love with.
One star goes to the older lady who worked on the 26th Nov 22. No offer of any help while I’m the store, and when I’m asking if there is smaller size, I got cut off and even didn’t finish my sentence. Did not offer to try the other pair, and she seemed really keen to go home. The vibe was really strange while I was in the store. Will not go back again.
