The shop was very nice inside, looks wonderful and very appealing to the eye.
The girls were very friendly and advised me that i may have to wait a few minutes as the store is new and they are in the process and trying to hire more staff.
I waited a few minutes and could see how much pressure they were getting from the other customers too hurry up however they handled it professionally and politely.
One customer in particular was being very rude and she had arrived after me. Some people just care about themselves and have no patience! It was clear the girls were all working there best to try and please everybody.
I was then given my shoes which were perfect and was given information on similar styles and sizes if i wished.
I bought my shoes and i love them! Great work Billini i will definately be back.
