Went to the Midland branch on 12/03 and was greeted by Sara and Ella.
Already pretty annoyed at my day working in retail, I was ready to not be assisted within the store. To my surprise, Sara asked me if I needed assistance, and catered to my every need. I hate shopping for myself, especially shoes, but Sara made me feel like I was receiving help from an old friend. She heard and addressed my needs and ensured me of all returns policies and such so I had no questions leaving the store. Not to mention the jokes we shared - instantly making my terrible day, way better.
I don't think I have ever experienced this kind of customer service in my life. My needs were met, and I left the store feeling 100% better than I did before entering.
I will be recommending Betts, and specifically Sara and Ella to everyone I know that struggles with shopping.
