Not a very good experience at all, I walked in the shop to wait for someone to come up to me(there was one other person in the shop) and 3 staff were on, eventually one girl came up to me and I showed her a photo of a shoe that was online that I wanted to look at and she said oh what’s online is different to what we have here (these shoes weren’t on special they were $149.99) I then explained I work and I’m on my feet all day and said I needed a non slip shoes with arch fit shoe she said you can’t have both either non slip or arch fit… then she just walked off and left me and my children standing in the middle of the shop, I ended up walking out and went to The athletes foot were I spent $506.00,so due to the rudeness at sketchers they lost out on at least 3 sales for me and my two daughters.and at least $500 in sales and a bad review.
