Absolutely disgusted. Went to Morley store today at 9.10am and not open, person inside counting money, didn’t even acknowledge people waiting outside. She actually opened the store at 9.15 with no apology at all. When I said thought you opened at 9 she started whinging about the state of the store, the float being wrong and it being her first day. Sorry not my problem, if a store is meant to be open at 9 I expect it to be open at 9, not 9.15. The shop assistant was rather rude and not concerned about people waiting, only interested in complaining about the store.
