The customer service here is appalling. A few words come to mind... condescending, pretentious, mean and unhelpful. My wife went here to purchase some shoes with our young son and she was reduced to tears by the conduct of the sales staff.
I would suggest that people go a few doors down to Shouz's. Doris was amazing... she comforted her, helped her and sold her a brilliant pair of shoes.
Give this place a miss.
