Extreemly Bad Customer Service!
I have entered the store this afternoon, the sales representative was slouching on the counter!. In an attempt to acknowledge me, she says " hello, how are you?", before even giving me the chance to answer, she rolled her eyes to another customer and said the same thing , and then straight head down to the desk without neither of us answering.
I got the message , no effort to connect with a potential customer. I'm fine with that , I am here for the shoes. I ask for a size , and I instantly felt as if I ruined her day, or disrupted her routine. she grabbed the size , put the shoes on top of the box, on top of the table near me, and said: I'll leave it here for you" and straight back to home base(behind the counter). I couldn't dare to bother her again, to ask for a different size.
But again, I am in desperate need of a comfy shoes, so I ask for a different shoes, same experience. I felt I don't even want try them. I just wanted to be out. but since I have driven 40 mins to get to the store I tried them, they were super comfortable. I looked at the sales representative and instantly thought , why should I Help her achieve her store target, when zero effort been put towards this sale?!
so I took the photo of the shoes, and I will be buying them online now. As I believe ,one person does not represent the brand. However, that makes you think, what training is put in place for the face of the brand, to ensure the vision of Skechers is followed through in stores?from my experience I believe None.i hope that changes because, if I got only 5% better service , I would've got both shoes I have tried.
