I came specially to get shoes for my work on Sunday 17 th with my wife ,between 2:50- 3:50 pm , I selected two pair of shoes with one thongs pair to buy , i was about to pay for my shoes on counter , but your customer service guy said to my wife that she have to put all unrapped shoes back in the boxes ,the one I had tried , and then I asked gie on counter ,do you gies have store policy that customers have to put all shoes back in boxes and put them on iles, he said yes we do ask customer to do that , I mean if customer can do your job ,why the hell at first place you gies are working in store , straightway I refuse to shop and left store from betts ,out of all freaking watertown why the hell would a customer would want to come and buy from u gies, when they have to do your job as well ,with this disrespectful attitude towards customer ,i wish you gies a good luck with your busniness and brand reputation .
