Took in a pair of shoes to be re-soled - ended up paying a hefty price for sloppy, careless work. Huge globs of glue stuck to side of the shoe, yet the sole was separating from the shoe in several places within a matter of weeks. Refusing to go back, I took them to another place to be fixed - the shoe repairer aptly described the work that had been done to them as “butchered”. Will never return.
I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done by the owner of this very good key in shoe repairs. He managed to give my favourite pair of shoes a new lease of life and another few years or more of wearing. The repair was conducted quicker than expected and found the owner to be a very friendly and a credible man.
