where do i start.... after booking this apartment which i book from 3pm only to rang back and told that i could not enter till 4 o'clock due short staff and still not cleaned which i agreed to. 30 minutes go by and get a text saying now 5 o'clock ????.

I then replied to this message saying im not really happy considering the price that i just paid. A short time goes by then another phone call saying 4 o'clock is all good as they now have two cleaners on-site. At 4 pm i pick up key and swipe card from a safety lock bock (no where near apartment) and rock up around 4:15 and fine one cleaning person in premises. I tried to talk to this lady but there was a major language barrier. She then made a phone call and apparently left when i turn my back. Let the fun begin ,as i entered the building my jaw hit ground as the view was amazing! As i roamed around and started taking notice of little things like the floor had not been vacuum or washed.... to then see major markings on the tiled floors ,make-up markings to doors and poo on the wall in the lower toilet (which they denied) which i also took pictures off all markings. After several phone calls and massages nothing seem to get resolved. I also raised that there was no spare inflatable mattress as was also meant to be supplied. Myself and family left the building for just over an hour and when we came back we found a mattress had been set up ,so someone had gained access while i wasn't their. On the second moi stated that they had not supplied me with U park card for carpark. This was another disaster that took for ever to get resolved. Kitchen utensils was a absolute joke... the building states it accommodates 6 people so they give you 4 forks and very limited cooking utensils. The dishwasher was also left with dishes left inside and dirty towels in the washing machine ????

There where many small flaws through out the apartment. To be completely honest i left today more stressed than when i arrived due to absolute joke of communication between all staff. Apart from the amazing view i would avoid this property and the so call service that they boost about on their website. I need another getaway to de stress. Andy
