Terrible time management. Very disappointed with the way takeway orders are being handled. Was told I had to wait 20mins for my order today and that I would be called when the order was ready. After 20mins, went to check my order but staff said it wasnt ready, I did notice several packs of food on the counter. After half an hour, went in to check again and they passed me one of the packs of food on the counter which I saw earlier. This means that (1) If I didn't check my order I would have been kept waiting (2) My food was turning cold while it was being left on the counter. No apologies whatsoever for the wait.
The family that ordered right before me and were dining in, had almost finished their food! Call way in advance if you want to order takeaway!!
