It is my worst experience ever. I'd like to give zero star if there is one. If you or your kids don't know how to skate at all and want to learn, do not go there. they pay almost no attention to newbies. If you want to learn inline skate, do not go there. They almost will not teach you any skills for inline skaters. If you are not satisfy their cause and want to cancel it and ask for refund, don't even think about it. They will not refund you anything. Because they know well how to play you. If you still want to joint their cause, remember record everything you are unsatisfied and keep your evidence. Otherwise, BCS SA will not help you. why I telling you this? Because it is my experience with "skatecool".good luck!
