I had a pretty appalling experience today. I waited one week for my appointment, travelled half hour via public transport after leaving work early, and being only 10 mins late the staff harshly advised that I was late and I would need to reschedule. Mind you this was only a consultation.. Really a lack of people skills with the attitude, or being any accommodating. No even a smile as I walked in … :/
