I did not have a good experience at all. It was advertised at $15 for reading over a Service Level Agreement. So I paid the $15. Then the "lawyer" said it would cost me "just an extra $25 because the document was 10 pages long." I asked him what the original $15 included, he said he would "have a look at the document in detail." He then sent me a new quote for $44. Then I cancelled it because I am 100% positive that if he had any suggestions of changes I should make to the document, he would make me pay extra. So I asked for a refund, but I couldn't get my money back. I don't want to have a credit note, I want my money back.
