I am a qualified Social Worker with over 20 years experience in human services and have always been passionate about getting the most out of the brain to improve people's satisfaction with life and reach their fullest potential.
I can work with you in traditional psychotherapy formats such as CBT but can also provide neurofeedback which trains the brain to produce less of the electrical frequencies associated with challenging thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
This process does not put anything into the brain, it just reads the frequencies and provides feedback in a fun way through a television monitor allowing your brain to make necessary adjustments.
