They don't pick calls and do not reply to emails after you pay them deposit
Me and my husband booked a solar installation from this company. The company insisted us to pay a deposit and to book a solar by giving a reason that the prices are increasing due to Australia China trade war. Due to some circumstances, I told the company that my installation will be delayed and we informed them with regular emails. I gave the company references as well for which they promise $100 each as referral bonus and put that in my invoice and kept a deposit. In December'21, I got an email from the company that the workers are on Christmas break and installation can be done after that. When they return to work they sent me an email that prices are increased due to trade with China. They gave the reason for which I locked the price. I was dealing with Rick and he assured me that If you cancel the installation, you will get $300 refund. Then the accounts team refunded me $200. I tried to contact them by phone and emails and kept 5 persons in the CC(Rick, Gavin, Rahul and Accounts team). None of them replied. After 2 weeks I luckily got connected with Gavin and he told me that your references has got some more work and they did not pay extra cost and we can not refund another $100. Do not pay them deposit as you will not get your money back if you cancel the installation. They will convince you as they are the only genuine company in Australia.
1 star was the last option which I had to give otherwise no star for them.
