Was led to this company by clicking on an advert on the net saying "get solar panels for free" I agreed for a salesman (rob) to come to my house for a quote was told that they could reduce my power bills to around $40 and the money saved would cover the cost of the system well I got ripped off so far no bills under $170 and out of pocket an extra $200 every 2 months paying for system and guess what the salesman's email is no longer active and company says system is working OK so they lie to you to get you to buy then nothing you can do about it when their system doesn't do what you were told it would. Worst part is I recommended them to family and their in same boat consumer protection will be my next call
Had a quote on Tuesday 11 May by Steve Anderson, was ok to deal with and advised him that we wanted to talk about it and think about if we were going to progress or not.
The next day I requested the numbers/figures he calculated down in regards to the savings he had worked out and did not reply to my texts and emails, that is their loss because we were going to put pen to paper.
Very rude in ignoring my messages and would absolutely not recommend this company for solar based on my customer service.
