I would not recommend this company to anyone. When we spoke to a salesman about installing a solar system to our home, we specifically requested that the system be capable of powering our home during a power outage(which are common in our area) In the end after spending more than $15,000 on panels an inverter and a battery, we soon discovered that it did not work during a power outage and that we would need to install a secondary unit with the inverter for that function to work, to which we were also told that device was not even released yet. After back and forth for a couple of months and finally threatening consumer affairs they gave us two options either install a Sofar inverter and two Sofar batteries( which in my opinion are not as good quality as the LG battery i.e Chinese made batteries which had little to no information to be found ) to replace the LG battery we had already purchased or wait for the device to be released, which they also had absolutely no idea when it would be released. So all in all steer clear!
