I Requested quotes from many solar companies and Future Solar were the most proactive, Sid called me straight away and was able to answer all technical questions. The Panel layout proposal surprisingly was better than all the other companies that quoted me. (If you are looking at solar quotes please take notice some sales team's just slap together a layout without any thought)
This team have good engineering knowledge not like your typical sales representatives.
System was installed with no issues, Patrick came to my home after to help commission and setup Warranty online.
Would recommend this company.
Thanks
I did a lot of research before seeking quotes and approached 4 companies. I decided on Future Solar WA largely due to the attitude of Sid, who as well as offering a very competitive price was unfailingly helpful and patient with my questions, gave excellent advice and was clearly familiar with the various products and the regulatory requirements. I felt that he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the most suitable system for my needs, but listened when I expressed a preference for a brand. As we went through the process, I also dealt with Sonal and Pauline, who handled the approvals and administrative matters, and Sid arranged for Patrick to answer my technical questions. All were helpful and easy to talk to, even when we had a setback with the approvals (Western Power issue, not Future Solar). I want to especially thank the very friendly and competent Quang Phan (Tom) who oversaw the prompt installation and did the final connections - and then spent an hour guiding me through the set up and use of the monitoring system. I am really happy with the system and with the efficiency and customer service of Future Solar WA. I am glad I chose them and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
