This was the worst experience and still is! We singed up in March 2022 and the panels installed in April - of which we tool at a payment plan with their "partner". We signed up believing that we would get a 15c feed in tarrif which was clearly on the quote. 7 months later and 4 bills later - 0 feedin tariff applied and our electricity provider has no detail of Shining days getting on contact with them.
I have repeatedly tried calling the main number, the sales person (Mez), Abdullah the manager and also sent messages via email and messenger and no reply. I would say I have contacted them over 50 times and nothing - MIA.
I would warn anyone not to sign up .
