Purchased a tennis racquet online from sportitude, price was good. Racquet arrived in not great shape but have had worse (tennisgear)
Respectful, united and passionate.
Those are the three words I would use to best describe my experience in Sportitude on Fullarton road today.
I entered the store with little to no idea about what shoes I was in need of. However, my worries were quickly diminished after being greeted by Lara, Dayna and Ethan, who instantly made me feel welcomed into a store to which I was so out of my depth to be within.
I instantly noticed their desire to help and assist me, as they made a conscious effort to gain a better understanding of my own knowledge of shoes. These actions helped me articulate their own passion for the products, further allowing me to instil my trust in them to find my Cindarella slipper.
I also was able to gain a sense of teamwork between the three of them. Be it something as simple as Ethan, with his colossal height, grabbing a pair from the top shelf.. or Dayna, asking Lara if they have any stock left of a product and Lara doing a quick yet thorough search for them. A sense of unity was truely in the air.
My experience today was 2nd to none, and I implore anyone who is in need of new shoes to head down to Sportitude on Fullarton road.
I hope that Lara, Danya and Ethan are all able to offer their fantastic service when I shop again.
Go well.
