There is a foreign lady that answers the calls for the trustee managers. I don't know her name but she is one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. tried to call about my deceased grandmothers estate (which is already a hard enough experience as it is). was told that they had no records of it even though I had called prior and spoke to someone else and they found it first try. the woman gave me an email, and then hung up on me before I could even say anything. I called back today and she was even ruder, rushed me to spell out the name because there was a shift change happening and was telling me in a clearly agitated voice that she had told me yesterday there was no records for it. she finally opened her eyes and found it and when she transferred me through, nobody answered. Absolutely the worst phone experience for a already touchy situation. this woman has no regard for that no does she care to show even the slightest bit of compassion or understanding. could not even get a word out with her and she refused to check the system again. Absolutely disgusting. this woman needs to be sacked IMMEDIATELY
Disgraceful treatment to me as only daughter.incompetent inept rude slow to act slow to reply and no communication on progress about a very simple estate - cash only no property shares..cash only.making inaccurate advice of incorrect information and not respecting me.
I would not give these people a piggy bank to look after. GO ELSEWHERE!
