I had a car accident.
I need to pay $62 to know who hit me and ruin my car.
My insurance company pay that money and request the police report. However, they were told they need to wait for 6 weeks to get that report.
On the second day of the accident, I made 4 times finally get through the phone 89477200, just to ask where is my car, the lady on the phone gave me wrong information and provide wrong towering company. I have to call 3 different towering companies until someone told me my car is still on the road.
I sincerely doubt the efficiency and effectiveness of Palmerston police station.
I think I give the marks on the very reasonable basis.
If I can give minus marks I will give it minus 1000
Stayed there over night a couple of months back, the courtesy pick up chauffeur was polite.
Bedding could have been better, tad messy. Cant blame the staff though. High turn over of clients.
Room was nice and cold, breakfast was a treat.
Check out at recpetion rather impolite.
Probably wont stay again. Dont recommend.
