The scope of works for our Civil/Structural Engineering Design is to obtain a project plan and/or brief from the Owner, Architect or Builder. Like the Architectural/Civil Engineering Designs, we then make conceptual designs, revise preliminary designs, come up with final designs resulting in working drawings and specifications for the client’s approval. This is now integrated into the architectural and other designs, ready for the application of building permits to the local authority where the project is located.

I found CSP through an online quoting tool for my workshop project. Melior met me onsite to discuss the ins and outs which helped us both understand what was possible for this custom project. The back and forth in the design phase was quick and painless, there were some oversights but because we worked together we were able to identify them and fix them very quickly. The biggest problem I had was matching the engineer drawing to a supplier and their product range. It has caused me some headaches but once again Melior was on hand to lend advice and customise where necessary to suit. The project is still ongoing but Melior has offered his assistance right up to the very end which makes me feel like a valued customer rather than an income source which is refreshing. I would recommend CSP as Melior was quite literally the only one stepping forward to take on my challenging project.
