I came into the store on Boxing Day (which at first seemed like a mistake as it was so busy) but I was pleasantly surprised. I got myself a pair of Ray bans which fit beautifully and I had amazing service throughout the whole process end to end despite how busy it was. It’s a shame people treat retail staff so poorly when they try and help out during these busy times, I hope these people know they did amazingly and I am forever a customer at their store :)
