I always shop here staff are really friendly but today i got a really grumpy one so conversation and what really annoyed me she saw me standing there near eftpos machine card in hand ready to tap my card
I was asked is that card or cash !!
Definately needs a bit more customer service training. She told a customer before me not to be so rude guy did not do anything wrong
I will never go to that checkout operator again
Lady serving the self serve tills at 5.15 on the 23rd Dec 2020 was extremely rude, staring at me with no courtesy whatsoever, I go to put my basket down and she screams "NOOOO you have to put it back with the other baskets" I asked "don't you wipe down the handles like every other Coles" she sighs and shrugs "customers don't trust us" proceeding to make me lean over the rails to put back my basket. This is disgusting both in attitude and hygiene
