Sadly I have to edit my previous 5 star review to 1 star. I am a regular almost daily customer and but recently I've had a couple of bad experiences. Today those serving obviously weren't doing their job well because there was no prawn avocado sushi and no-one was making it. When I ordered it they said it would take 4 or 5 minutes. I wasn't feeling well but I waited. It took 7 or 8 minutes and I asked for a free inari for the long wait. The guy said ok but he tried to charge me for it. I said no I want you to give it for free for making me wait so long. He said I'll have to ask my boss, kept me waiting another minute by this time it's 9 minutes after I ordered. He said she said no. I said ok today you ruined your reputation. Not smart. And the same guy previously served me when I ordered 2 sushi, he tried to put it in a bag which I don't like because I put them in an esky to eat later. He grudgingly put it in a small box which is made for 2 x sushi but he said I'll get in trouble with my boss. I said that's what those small boxes are made for. What do you use them for. He said inari and those other small snacks. Rubbish. Dumb people no business idea how to treat the customer.
