Awesome swim school for young kids. My son loves it, instructors are great. Definitely recommend.
A year ago as a breast cancer patient I reached out to this company for support to help with my lymphedema. A community organisation paid Funds , that were deposited to allow me to access walking sessions. However I have not been able to obtain medical clearance to use the pool up until two weeks ago and this is with caution.
I contacted the company, please keep in mind that I also have memory issues and struggle day to day, which was also advised upon me trying to organise something to help my self to recover from the ordeal of the cancer treatment.
Upon my recent contact the reply was so cold and so rude, I am lost for words. No empathy, no interest to want to help a community members. Just cold you now have an expiry date on the $100 deposited. So use it or loose it attitude.
So disappointed and so overwhelmed that I wouldn’t attend on my own principals.
I just hope you never have to endure the hell I faced with toddler and baby in tow. I am sorry I am forgetful and struggled with your time tables which were all over the shop.
