Have tried to enrol for baby swimming lessons since March 28. Initially via email as suggested on their website. When no response was received I called and was asked to send query via text message. 3 messages later and I'm still waiting to hear back. It's now May. As of yesterday I have enrolled elsewhere (and was responded to and confirmed within 3 days).
