Ordered items on the 22nd of March. After 3 weeks or so, understanding there would be a slight delay, I emailed enquiring when goods would be sent. I received no reply, waited until the next week and sent another email enquiring, not reply. Sent a third message the following week, still no reply, At this point I opened a PayPal dialogue on the 29th of April, still no reply. Items were refunded with no explanation or apology on the 7th of May. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, it has for myself. I have alway managed to at least communicate such, and the fact there has been zero communication reflects poorly on this business.
