Good presentation needs a little work in the kitchen. Too many young people need another older person with cooking and the orders would not take as long.
First time back to Weipa in a long time and locals told me of "Barramunchies" located at Weipa Caravan Park. Best fish and chips in town they said! I checked it out as you can see and they were right! Great food and great service. Location is awesome as well, right on waterfront.
Updated - 31/07/2021 - Visited here again after a long time, place was buzzing... great food and great location, food quality was excellent, thought the price for the fish was a little steep, especially for the size, coral trout in my latest pic, and five prawns. It was cooked perfectly and very nice...%53 bucks though, which included tin of soft drink....
