By far the most unprofessional service I have used In FNQ. At my first appointment I was asked if I'd like a up front discounted rate to have my returns lodged immediately which I thought was great. Two days later myGov was still showing my returns had not been lodged so I questioned the process and was told it had been sent off to be lodged. As it turns out the people doing the returns are not registered tax agents which I was not informed of. After many unanswered calls and messages and no one getting back to me I went to the office in person where the blame was shifted between the 3 branches . On the 8th day I'd had enough and demanded a refund as they had not fulfilled their obligation. I finally received a call from someone who I hadn't previously spoken to saying sorry we are unable to do your returns and will refund my initial payment. 8 days sitting in idle and had not even lodged my returns with the ATO. Guess I should think myself lucky to be refunded the payments for 3 of the 4 years. Out of pocket $99 but a definite lesson learnt. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
