I am not in the industry, and I expected to go to this store and be greeted with hostility and attitude as every other trade centre usually does.
I was pleasantly surprised!
Of all the trade related stores I've ever been to, (many) this is the best team of peple I have ever encountered. They took so much time to explain to me exactly the best solution for my very unique scenario, they listened, processed, and closed the sale for a very expensive solution, but the price was simply nothing compared to the weight that was lifted off my shoulder dealing with these people. Thanks to all the guys at OSA.
