Had to ring Taskers three times before a sales consultant rang me back. Finally spoke to a consultant, they priced the work via email and I suggested a site visit to finalise which they agreed to. As I work in Victoria it was organised specially for 0830AM on a Saturday morning that I flew back from Melbourne for specifically, this was then further confirmed seven days prior. They rang me at 0815AM to say they weren't coming and had other more important things to do and that it wasn't their problem as they don't normally do Saturday site visits.
Don't use them as they have zero customer service standards!
