About Poco Film Fest
Poco is a new up-and-coming short film festival, committed to bringing the best of Australian filmmaking to a new stage in Regional Victoria. This being its inaugural year, the festival is not themed or overly categorised, instead, it is to carve its own path as it grows, gain a broad reach of filmmakers and unearth some amazing talent.
Entries have been accepted by filmmakers and animators around the country, in both regional and metropolitan areas, including students.
All shortlisted entries will be screened at the Poco Short Film Festival live event, cinema one at the prestigious Regent Cinemas Ballarat, in July 2022 while also running a simultaneous online broadcast via Festivee.
