3 year old 2t ton plant trailer from them. I use it to tow my excavator around. Luckily I was at a service station when it happend but I turned a corner and the whole wheel actually snapped off and came almost came off. I took my digger off, jacked it up and drove home on 3 wheels, took it down to them. Asked for a quote. They replaced the hub, 5 minute job and charged 250 for it, probably a 50 for the part and no discount even though there may have been a major disaster from the damn wheel falling off!! I asked him why it happend and he was just shrugging his shoulders acting like its only happened a few times but could tell its probably common, wasnt concerned at all. Quick profit on an unsafe trailer, I am afraid to even drive it now. Because all they've done was put a new hub on it, didn't test anything, thats why I took it to them thinking it would be stress tested or something to determine it was safe or not, how do I know it won't happen again in a weeks time on the motorway, wheels don't just come off!
