What a poor show, had a time critical job and being a public holiday i offered to pick up the furniture trailer on Sunday, they assured me that they would be there at 8am Monday, but to arrive closer to 830am to make sure, so i booked it and I arrived at 820am and so did other Garden Center customers, i waited until 915am and still no show, i went off and hired a very good trailer from the Kelmscott BP. Despite leaving my mobile no. with the booking they have not bothered to contact me or apologize in anyway for the waste of time and potential of not being able to get a trailer elsewhere and failing my client. Take your business elsewhere is what i would say.
