I came into Sheilds Street store with a quote for two trips already previously quoted from my hostel. Michaela & Olivier both chatted away to me and instantly made me feel comfortable in the store and under no obligation/pressure to book with them (unlike the hostel!). They helped me plan out my already semi planned trip and gave me several recommendations, options and even ran through all tours in great depth, including own experiences, photos and videos! Best service and information I have been provided yet on any tours :) As an ex travel agent I normally book my own tours etc, but will 100% use them again, not only because they secured me the best deal, but the fun, friendly, approachable, unpressurized and extremely knowledgable service they provided was second to none. Can't wait to use you guys again! :)
Met with Michaela and she helped line up this water fall tour for 3 of my friends an I. The tour guide was super cool (he had a purple mustache lol) but he told us facts about each of the sites which definitely added to the experience. We really wanted to go to the Daintree rainforest but we were pressed for time and the waterfall was a little cheaper anyways. Since Michaela hooked it up with the discount we were sold on the waterfall. I would recommend it for sure.
